Kathleen Schader, MS, MBA, RD, LD is a Registered, Licensed Dietitian and ACE Certified Personal Trainer with 20+ years experience in the field of nutrition. Kathleen has both a BS and an MS degree in Nutrition and an MBA. Her nutrition career includes hospital based clinical nutrition, community nutrition, culinary instruction, private and group counseling, corporate wellness classes, and TV hosting and presentation.

Kathleen’s passion for cooking lead her to take a multitude of classes at the famed Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY., where she honed her culinary skills enabling her to deliciously teach healthy cooking classes for the last 12 years.
She develops recipes for her culinary classes and presentations, and was a contributor to the American Dietetic Associations cookbook Cooking Healthy Across America.
Kathleen has done numerous media presentations including being a presenter and host on WMUR’s –NH ABC Affiliate - Cooks Corner. She also produced and hosted The Slimsational Kitchen a local Windham cable cooking show. She conducts group cooking lectures and demonstrations for several corporations.
Kathleen’s interest and passion for fitness in relation to health and weight loss prompted her to become an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She loves fitness throughout the year including cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, biking, walking/hiking, swimming, and strength training.
